Orders are shipped Priority Mail via the USPS. (United States Postal Service)  For some larger boxes we may ship UPS.  Faster shipping is only available by inquiry.

Custom silk orders ship free in the US and via your chosen method at the actual rate for International orders.

Some items require additional shipping due to their weight. Those items are noted as such in the product description. Should you have one of these items in your order, and the cart not calculate enough shipping, we'll contact you for the balance.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As of July 1, 2021, VAT taxes are required on all orders. Orders arriving in the UK & EU after July 1st, 2021 will be subject to taxes, based on each country’s VAT rate. Additional customs charges may also apply to your order. Wonder Imagery is NOT collecting VAT taxes prior to shipment. The customs department in your country should contact you to pay VAT and any other fees before delivery. Wonder Imagery Products is NOT responsible for any additional fees added to your order after shipment. We strongly recommend you research VAT and additional customs fees prior to finalizing your order, so you are aware of the amount that may be charged. Due to potential customs delays, we cannot insure timely delivery. Please be advised before ordering.

 

How Do You Pay for Shipping?

Orders placed outside the US are NOT charged shipping by our online system.
Orders are packaged and weighed to determine actual costs.  Customer is sent a separate email invoice to pay the actual shipping amount.  Once shipping is paid, the order is shipped.  Customers outside the US are welcome to email with a list of items for a shipping estimate.

We use UPS or FedEx for all foreign orders.  We do not offer slower shipping through the USPS. UPS & FedEx are more reliable couriers and in most cases, the also have the lowest price. Additionally the USPS does not provide complete tracking for international orders - it becomes sketchy or non-existent once the package leaves the US. We understand international  shipping can be pricey, so to make the most of it, consider including all the items you’re excited about in a single order.

International orders are marked as "toys & novelties" on the customs form and a reasonable value is assigned.  Taxes and duty are determined by the customer's home country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Any orders returned may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
